1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ct 99 platform and all its services. ct 99 is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live games, and related services.

By accessing this platform, opening an account, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. ct 99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

ct 99 services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Each user must confirm at registration that they are over 21. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms, and the account may be terminated at any time on this basis.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ct 99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This verification process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the verification process is complete.

2.4 One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, at the same address, or using the same payment method is prohibited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You should not allow anyone else to use your account. The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If unauthorized access to your account is suspected, ct 99's support team must be notified immediately. ct 99 will not be responsible for any activity that occurs before the report is made.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring an account, its balance, or any rewards earned to another person is strictly prohibited. No claims of ownership over a ct 99 account or the funds within it will be accepted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ct 99 is ৳200. Deposits can be made through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can be made through the same methods used to deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawals are only possible to a payment account registered in your own name.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be suspended immediately and the related funds may be held.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 is required.

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

ct 99 regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, wagering requirements, and validity period. Current promotional offers are:

• ct 99 Weekly Reload Festival: 30% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• ct 99 Slot Adventure Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• Cricket Fever Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• ct 99 Birthday Reward: up to ৳1,500, 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend Promotion: up to ৳2,000, 12x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Once a bonus is accepted, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements are met. If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ct 99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Generally, another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on ct 99 are considered final once confirmed. ct 99 reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical errors or mispricing. ct 99's decision is final in determining outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. Changes to odds after a bet is confirmed do not affect that confirmed bet. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are refunded, though exceptions may apply.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games have a set RTP (Return to Player) that indicates how much the game returns over the long term. Each game has a different RTP and short-term results may vary.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ct 99:

• Transactions using funds obtained through illegal means or from undisclosed sources.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Impersonating ct 99 staff or support team members.

If such activities are identified, the relevant account will be terminated immediately and all funds may be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

ct 99 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be kept within limits. In accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy, users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time.

8.1 Self-Set Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once set, these limits take effect immediately.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Permanent Exclusion

10 Limitation of Liability

ct 99 bears no liability in the following situations:

• If service is disrupted due to internet connection loss.
• If technical problems occur with third-party software or payment gateways.
• If a user is unable to use the service due to issues with their own device or network.
• If service is disrupted due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).
• If a user suffers emotional or financial harm as a result of winning or losing a bet.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by ct 99

In cases of violation of these Terms, fraud, or suspicious activity, ct 99 may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice. Funds in a suspended account may be held until an investigation is complete.

11.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. Before closing, the balance should be withdrawn and all active bonus conditions should be met.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

ct 99 reserves the right to make decisions regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with its own policy. For any questions about the balance of an inactive account, please contact the support team.

12 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between ct 99 and a user, an attempt must first be made to resolve it through the support team. The support team is available 24/7 — live chat support is available in both Bengali and English. Answers to common questions about our services may be found in the FAQ section.

12.1 Filing a Complaint

To file a complaint, submit an email with a detailed description of the incident, including the time, date, and relevant information. ct 99 will attempt to resolve each complaint within a reasonable time.

12.2 Final Decision

For any dispute regarding results, bets, or transactions, ct 99's records and decisions will be considered final, unless a system error is proven.

13 Changes & Enforceability

ct 99 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken to mean the user has accepted the new terms.
